Standard processing time is 24-48 hours after the order is placed, however this may be subject to change during high volume order times like holidays, sales or weekends. Once your order is fulfilled and prepped to be shipped, you will receive tracking information via email when your shipping label has been printed.

Local Pickup
Orders can be picked up at our Downtown Halifax location at 5150 Salter Street during the following business hours:
Monday: 9am-6pm
Tuesday-Saturday: 9am-8pm
Sunday: 10am-5pm
We strive to have Local Pickup orders prepared within 2 hours, however this is not always possible, as orders are attended to on a Monday-Friday 9-5 basis.
