Refund policy
Spirit Spa believes strongly in the quality and efficacy of each product we sell. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product purchase we are pleased to offer returns and exchanges on new or gently used items*. Returns may be processed by mail or by visiting any of our store locations. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of your order shipping, or the in store date of purchase in order to be eligible for a refund. Original sales receipts are required for all refunds and exchanges.
When we receive your return request within 14 days you will receive a full refund of the purchase price to the original method of payment.
To return an item purchased from spiritspashop.com:
- Email shop@spiritspa.ca and include your order number with the name of the item you would like to return. You can find your order number in your Order Confirmation Email.
- Your return request will be processed within 72 hours by Spirit Spa’s Ecommerce team, who will provide further instructions, including how to ship your package. We strongly suggest that you obtain tracking information for your package.
Please note: You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and we are unable to refund your original shipping charges (if applicable) unless the return is the result of Spirit Spa’s error.
To return an item purchased in store at Spirit Spa:
- Proceed to any Spirit Spa location with the item you would like to return along with the original sales receipt.
- Your refund will be issued on the spot.
*All gift card & e-gift purchases are non-refundable.
*Items marked final sale are not eligible for refund.
